My approach to embedding change starts with the individual. I help your employees build awareness of their current position and where they need to be in the future. In this way they can decide for themselves the best route forward.
The change will endure when everyone in your organisation saying “we did this” not “they did this”, and sustaining change takes both honesty and engagement at all levels.
