Good leaders aren’t born, they’re made

The coaching I offer gives you control over your own learning, from setting goals at the beginning through helping you make sense of your life and work and on into supporting you through the change and transition you are looking to create.

My approach to coaching is all about helping you to become the person you want to be. I do this through increasing your personal capability and raising your self-awareness. At all stages of our work together, I will act as an external catalyst to the potential you already have, jump starting your progress as you develop in your career.

Whilst I can support a wide-range of goals and focus areas, I work best with:

Leaders at any level looking to increase their personal capacity for, and ability to deliver, change

Individuals facing seemingly hopeless situations. If you see a cliff edge in front of you or are stuck in a change or transition, I can help

How it works

I ask people to sign up to an initial block of six coaching sessions and then shift to a session by session arrangement should we continue to work together past that point. Sessions are timed 4-6 weeks apart, with the aim that you will be putting into practice the learning you have gone through in-between sessions.

Should data be required, I offer optional 360 assessments or profiling against any of the psychometrics within the Hogan series. This can be discussed at any point if of interest.

Initial consultations are free with the aim that it’s only through speaking that we’ll know if we can work together. And that commitment goes in both directions. If after our consultation I do not believe I am the right coach for you, I will signpost you on to someone who might be.
