I coach CEOs, directors, founders and senior leaders dealing with pressure, complexity, change, and the personal impact of leadership. My style is curious, compassionate and challenging.
Process

What we work on

We focus on real decisions, real relationships and real patterns under pressure: influence, conflict, judgement, transitions, boundaries, resilience, and impact.
Because sustainable performance is central to my work, I also draw on the physiology of stress, fatigue and recovery. I hold an MSc in Clinical Nutrition, which strengthens the evidence base behind how I think about resilience and performance under pressure. Where useful, I also integrate Hogan psychometrics and Insights Discovery to deepen self-awareness, reduce derailment risks under pressure and accelerate change.

Confidentiality

I maintain full confidentiality. I do not report back on session content. Where appropriate, I encourage coachees to share progress themselves and I can support three-way meetings if useful.
